Yes, this is yet another essay about Obama’s birth certificate. Yes, I know that the previous ones have been thrown out of court (usually for not having standing), but this time there is a difference. Douglas Vogt has accumulated his own evidence and approached his court filing from a different direction. It is for this reason that I feel compelled to revisit this story – now armed with some new tactics and thinking.
Barack Hussein Obama (aided and abetted by others) has committed the most serious crime in American history. No one else even comes close; not Benedict Arnold, not Aldrich Ames, not the Rosenbergs – Barack Obama stands alone as the traitor causing the most damage to the country in United States history.
While he’s not by himself, he is the central figure around which a conspiracy operated. This essay concentrates on the enabling basis of the conspiracy: the forging of his Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).
Why was it necessary to create a fake birth certificate?
Senator Obama required proof (a birth certificate) that showed him to be a natural born citizen of the United States, which proved that he’d been a resident of the U.S. for at least fourteen years, and had attained at least thirty-five years of age. Those are the requirements specified in our Constitution to be eligible for the presidency.
There is no argument about Obama’s qualifications regarding his age or length of residency in Hawaii. The only point of contention is his place of birth. All indications are that he was either born in Kenya or in Hawaii, I know of no other assertions.
If Obama’s Hawaiian COLB was authentic, it would be proof that he was born in Hawaii and fulfills the qualifications to be President of the United States (POTUS). If however, the COLB is proven to be a forgery, Barack Obama et al are in a heap of trouble.
For many, the possibility that he was not born in the United States is simply too absurd to contemplate and they simply dismiss that assertion out of hand. Most of those holding that position refuse to consider the evidence that’s been presented – perhaps because they’re afraid of what they might see?
If he was really born in Hawaii, there would be no reason to forge a COLB since one would have been properly completed shortly after his birth and would have been on file in Hawaii’s Department of Health (DOH). It remains then, if the COLB is a forgery, it is prima facie evidence that an authentic one does not exist in Hawaii’s DOH and that he was not born in Hawaii.
If he was not born in Hawaii, he is occupying the office of the presidency as the result of a massive fraud made possible by a conspiracy to circumvent the Constitution – the worst crime in American history.
Everything relies on Obama’s COLB being authentic. So, where’s the evidence?
Since the documentation is complicated and voluminous, I won’t attempt to present the details here, but I will provide links to the actual evidence (provided and documented by others) that will convince any objective, intellectually honest person that the COLB is a forgery specifically designed to fool us, the American people.
And, I further challenge anyone to read and digest the evidence and come away with a verdict that the COLB is authentic and the points of forgery are instead consistent with typewriter malfunctions or operator errors.

First, before providing the links to the evidence, younger readers need to understand the operation of a typewriter of the period. Many younger readers have never used a typewriter of the style that would have been used by persons in Hawaii’s DOH in August of 1961 to add Obama’s vital statistics onto the stock COLB form. It is also likely that those individuals would not be familiar with the limitations of the typewriter mechanisms of the day, yet those limitations are what prove that Obama’s COLB is a forgery.

Here’s a little explanation: In those days, the forms were pre-printed and inserted into a typewriter’s paper feed path. The paper was inserted downwards at the rear of the platen (the hard rubber roller) and rolled up; it was guided under and up by internal rollers and around the platen so the type hitting the paper had a solid surface behind the paper. A type bar containing a letter struck the paper and by way of a ribbon between the type bar and the paper, deposited an image of the letter (or number) onto the paper. This is a very rudimentary description of how a typewriter operates.
Typewriters of the day advanced mechanically across a line by a fixed 12 stops (characters) per inch, called the Elite typeface. Some, called Pica, spaced at 10 characters per inch, but both advanced the paper to the next line mechanically by a notched gear 1/6 of an inch at a time. Barack Obama’s birth certificate was typed using the Elite typeface.
Both the character-to-character spacing and the line spacing were controlled by metal mechanisms that couldn’t stop in between characters or advance less than a full line (unless manually disconnected from the line advance gear).
In other words, barring mechanical malfunction, the typewriter letter spacing would always be the same – a letter will always hit in the same exact space every time. Every letter occupied the same amount of space across a page and all lines were the same distance apart – the equipment of the day mechanically forced the device to space and advance lines exactly the same regardless of the typist or the paper on which the typing was deposited.
Since governmental forms were designed to be filled out by a typewriter, the forms were generally printed to anticipate 6 lines to the inch vertical spacing.
Now that you’ve got at least a rudimentary understanding of the limitations of the typewriters of the day, you can more easily understand why so much of the evidence of forgery points out the differences between what could have been produced by a 1960s typewriter and what actually appears on Obama’s COLB.
It is believed that the forgery was accomplished by the forger using current state-of-the-art software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). She (who is named in Douglas Vogt’s sealed affidavit) was trying to duplicate with current day digital tools what would have been created by a mechanical device some 40-odd years ago. She didn’t quite nail it.

“Plainly, the idea of the President of the United States involved in a conspiracy to defraud the American Public is difficult to process given the implications of such a criminal act. Yet that is what the compelling, objective evidence that Vogt presents to this Court now indisputable [sic] demonstrates. The evidence Vogt presents proves that Barack Hussein Obama II has not proven he is a citizen of the United States and therefore not eligible to serve as President of the United States or any public office. The very fact that the conspirators had to create a forged birth certificate indicates he was not born in the United States and is a foreign alien.”

Loretta Fuddy is killed in a plane crash. This is probably just a coincidence, but it does make one wonder … Loretta Fuddy was one of the people that Douglas Vogt named as a conspirator in the forgery of Obama’s COLB.
Parts of the following are taken from the L.A. Times coverage of the Dec. 11, 2013 incident. A more extensive article was written by Doug Hagmann in the Canadian Free Press coverage of the plane crash and is well worth the time it takes to read it.
In the final moments of her life, Hawaii Health Director Loretta Fuddy clung to the hand of her deputy after a small plane taking them back to Honolulu crashed in the ocean off the island of Molokai.
Fuddy, who gained notoriety in 2011 for her role in making President Barack Obama’s birth certificate public, was one of nine people onboard the flight that went down Wednesday. She was the only one who died.
Schuman said he did not yet know why the engine failed because he has not been able to see the plane. The aircraft had no previous problems, he said.
Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said investigators planned to speak with the pilot, whose name was not released, and some passengers about the crash as they seek more details.
However, the location of the wreckage, combined with wind and wave conditions, likely means it won’t be recovered, said NTSB spokesman Eric Weiss.

He simply refused to address any of the points in MY post and took great glee in refuting everything that everyone else has ever written about Obama’s COLB. Only birther “experts” have called Obama’s birth certificate forged, and they have not shown that they are even experts, much less fair and impartial. Those are two reasons why they are not believed by Ann Coulter, Glenn Beck or the National Review (or by Mitt Romney or Paul Ryan or Gingrich or Santorum or Huckabee).
One proof that Obama’s birth certificate is not forged is Obama’s short-form birth certificate.
Short-form birth certificates are created by a clerk reading the information from the document in the file, and filling out the computer form that generates the printed short-form birth certificate. The officials in Hawaii have confirmed that they sent a short-form to Obama. So, unless they are lying—and they were Republican officials–the only way that Obama’s birth certificate could have been forged was that it was forged in 2007 and slipped into the file just before the clerk looked at the file. That is not very likely, is it? And it is especially unlikely since at the time Obama was not even the candidate of the Democrats. He was still in the primaries at the time, and he was only a junior senator from Illinois.
And birther sites have not shown you these real experts.
Dr. Neil Krawetz, an imaging software analysis author and experienced examiner of questioned images, said:“The PDF released by the White House shows no sign of digital manipulation or alterations. I see nothing that appears to be suspicious.”
Nathan Goulding with The National Review: “We have received several e-mails today calling into question the validity of the PDF that the White House released, namely that there are embedded layers in the document. There are now several other people on the case. We looked into it and dismissed it.… I’ve confirmed that scanning an image, converting it to a PDF, optimizing that PDF, and then opening it up in Illustrator, does in fact create layers similar to what is seen in the birth certificate PDF. You can try it yourself at home.”
John Woodman, independent computer professional, who is a member of the Tea Party (who says that he hates Obama’s policies but found no evidence of forgery) said repeatedly in his book and in various articles on his Web site that the claims that Obama’s birth certificate was forged were unfounded.
Ivan Zatkovich, who has testified in court as a technology expert, and consultant to WorldNetDaily:“All of the modifications to the PDF document that can be identified are consistent with someone enhancing the legibility of the document.” And, by the way, when WND received Zatkovich’s article that said that he found nothing wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, WordNDaily simply did not publish it.
Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator, said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery.“I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Birthers’ claim that Obama’s birth certificate is false is well understood to be caused by their own motives—they hate Obama and would like to harm him.
And it is irrational (to say the very least) to think that Obama’s relatives had enough money (Obama’s grandfather was just a furniture salesman and his grandmother a low-level employee in a bank at the time; and his father came to Hawaii on a free flight) or crazy enough to spend LOTS of money on a long and expensive and risky (incidents of stillbirths were high at the time) overseas trip for their pregnant daughter—–when there were perfectly good hospitals in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Also, the government of Kenya has said that it investigated the “born in Kenya” claim, and that it did not happen.

No problem. I suggest you try to answer this question before jumping into the discussion:
For Obama to have been born in a foreign country:
(1) Obama’s relatives would have had to have been rich enough (and they weren’t. In 1961 Obama’s grandfather was a furniture salesman, and his grandmother was a low-level employee in a bank [she did not become a vice president until 1970], and his father went from Kenya to Hawaii on a free flight) and dumb enough to send their daughter at high risk of stillbirth to a foreign country to give birth—-—despite there being fine hospitals in Hawaii;
(2) Obama’s mother would have had to have traveled overseas ALONE (since WND has proven with a FOI Act request that Obama senior stayed in Hawaii throughout 1961) and somehow got Obama back to the USA without getting him entered on her US passport or getting a visa for him (which would have had to have been applied for in a US consulate in that country and the records would still exist);
(3) got the officials in Hawaii to record his birth in Hawaii despite (as birthers claim) his being born in another country and somehow got the teacher who wrote home to her father, named Stanley, about the birth in Hawaii of a child to a woman named Stanley to lie (and since the woman’s father’s name really was Stanley, she would have had to have found one of the very few women with fathers of that name to do it).
If you sincerely believe that Obama could have been born in a foreign country, then you could answer all three points. For Obama to have been born in a foreign country, all three would have had to have happened.
So, the question is, what are the chances that all three happened?
(Oh, and there isn’t even proof that Obama’s mother had a passport in 1961, and very very few 18-year-olds did, and EXTREMELY few women traveled abroad late in pregnancy in 1961 because of the risk of stillbirths. Yet birther sites hope that a few GULLIBLE people will just assume that she was one of the few to have a passport and one of the extremely few women to travel abroad late in pregnancy, and that the birth certificate is forged and the officials of BOTH parties who have confirmed it and the Index Data and the birth notices sent to the Hawaii newspapers and the teacher who wrote home are all lying.

I think you have imbibed the birther LIES. Here are some examples of the classic birther lies:
(1) Birthers said that Obama’s draft card was forged, and indeed it was forged, but Obama did not post his draft card, nor did any representative of Obama—so who do you think forged it? (Okay, I’ll make it easy—the guy who posted it.)
(2) Birthers have said that Obama became a citizen of Indonesia—but a telephone call to the Indonesian Embassy shows that he was never an Indonesian citizen. Why do you suppose that the birthers did not call the Indonesian embassy to check?
(3) Birthers said that Obama’s Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—but the transcript of the call shows that she said the he was BORN IN HAWAII—why do you suppose they did not quote her accurately and in fact cut off the tape recording of the call on their sites just before she said “born in Hawaii, where his father was studying at the time.” Why do you suppose they did that?
(4) Birther sites did not tell you about SS Administration clerks making lots of mistakes and that a single digit entered wrong in the zip code would generated a SS number from a place other than where it was applied from. Why do you suppose they did not tell you that?
(5) Birther sites did not tell their readers that the Kenyan government said that Obama was NOT born there. Why do you suppose they did not tell their readers that?
(6) Birther sites did not even tell their readers that there is no evidence that Obama’s mother had a passport in 1961—or how very few 18-year-olds did in those days, or how EXTREMELY few women traveled abroad late in pregnancy in those days because of the high risk of stillbirth. Why do you suppose they did not tell you that?
(7) Birther sites posted videos of Obama that claimed to show that he said “I was born in Kenya”—but you cannot see his mouth move and the originals of those videos have been found, and they do not say “I was born in Kenya..”” Why do you suppose that they posted those videos? Ditto, by the way, for three forged “Kenyan birth certificates.”
(8) Birther sites said that Obama spent “millions” on hiding his birth certificate. But Obama showed his birth certificate and did not spend a cent on hiding anything. And in fact, as birther sites did not tell their readers, there wasn’t even one lawsuit for Obama’s birth certificate or for records, not one. There were lawsuits to keep Obama off of ballots, but NO lawsuits for his birth certificate or records of any kind. Why do you suppose that birther sites implied that there were lawsuits for Obama’s BC—when there weren’t ANY???
(9) Birther sites said that Obama’s records are “sealed,” but they are not sealed. They are covered under the ordinary state and federal privacy laws, and Mitt Romney and John McCain and previous presidents did not release similar records either.
Birther claims that Obama’s birth certificate is forged are, BTW, just more complicated lies. They involve getting people who hate Obama to claim that his birth certificate is forged (including some nuts, one of whom claims to have found “the original Altar of Abraham. and another zealot who insists that Obama did not attend Columbia College, despite Columbia UNIVERSITY having stated twice that he did and that he graduated), and in some cases they involve people who claim that pdf does not work using layers—when of course it does.

I don’t intend to make a career out of refuting all of your mostly bogus claims – and since I’ve been following (and writing on) Obama since 2007, you’re ascribing to me a number of “birther” items that I’ve never even heard of – I don’t know where you got a few of them – perhaps made them up or got them from a source who worships Obama and believes whatever he says (kinda hard to do now, doncha think?). No, I simply believe that it is worth citing the facts. If you never claimed that Obama’s Selective Service card was forged or that he was an Indonesian citizen or that his Kenyan grandmother said that he was born in Kenya—good for you, but others said so and others did, and by doing so they showed the ones that said them were willing to LIE and the ones who believed them were gullible enough to believe those lies.
The story that Obama was born in a foreign country (particularly Kenya, which the Kenyan government has denied and from which only 21 people came to the USA in 1961) remains an absurd fantasy.

It looks like you subscribe to the “If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit” school of debate. It also sounds like you’re trying to lay responsibility for ALL idiotic “birther” claims (some of which are obviously strawman arguments, some are just plain stupid) on me and my blog – not gonna work. Find in any of my works where I’ve made a particular statement and I’ll address it, otherwise you’re wasting my time and yours.
You have made a gigantic leap to assume that I subscribe to all of the “birther” claims that you list – how arrogant of you to presuppose what I believe, your mind was apparently already made up when you posted your first comment.
My piece was on a single subject, a forged certificate – not social security numbers, or Obama’s mom’s travels, or sealed documents or anything else. You do yourself no service when you immediately brand me with ALL of the birther nonsense; it simply shows a fixed mind that is not likely to change, no matter what evidence is presented.
You will, by the way, find much of what I write is anti-Obama, of that I proudly volunteer that I am GUILTY. Barack Obama is the worst thing that’s happened to the U.S. since the depression and he will cause more agony and heartache than the depression ever did.
BTW, I don’t HATE Obama and I don’t dislike him because he’s half black, I dislike him because he is not presidential material. He can’t govern, he promised to bring the races together – things are worse today than ever, he promised a transparent administration, his administration is the most secretive ever. The subject that I wrote on and (ostensibly) you replied to was on Obama’s COLB and whether it’s a forgery or genuine, so let’s get back to that. I’d like to ask first, did you download and look at the “20 points of forgery” or because Vogt is a bit “off kilter” did you assign it to the trash without even looking at it? I suspect the latter.
I’ve been to Vogt’s website and it’s true that he has some “unusual” ideas, but I have considered his COLB evidence and in it, I see no indication that he is as loony as his site makes him appear.
I’ll give you a little background. I’m retired now after selling my firm (a software company) to a larger competitor. We provided contract programming, system design, facilities management and consultation to medium-sized firms all over the country, a number of whom with names you’d be familiar with. We licensed a payroll and human resources software package to over 500 companies, the largest of which paid 46,000 employees, the smallest employed about 300.
I tell you this to indicate that I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. I founded that company and (with two partners) ran it for over thirty years. I guess my credentials (if I listed them) are as good as some of the “experts” you offered as evidence that the COLB is genuine.
Many of the items that you detailed as “birther” garbage is just that and is no more believed by most conservatives than it is by you. But that doesn’t apply to all of the items. There are loons on both sides of the political divide and generally the majority doesn’t want to be labeled as such.
I’ve spent enough time writing this reply and won’t waste any more unless you read the 20 points of forgery and want to debate any of them.

Focusing on the birther CLAIM that Obama’s birth certificate is forged, which is just another birther LIE like the others cited. It works by getting people who are either nutty, like Doug Vogt (who claims to have found “the original Altar of Abraham”—but, not surprisingly, has never shown it—want to see his site?) and zealous enemies of Obama, such as Paul Irey (who has claimed that Obama never attended Columbia College, even after Columbia UNIVERSITY said that he did attend, and that in fact he graduated) to claim that Obama’s birth certificate is forged.
They say things like: “You see that there were layers, an image of a birth certificate would not show layers unless it was put together by a computer.” But that is itself a LIE. Layers are how pdf works, and the more complex the document that has been scanned into it (and a document on security paper is always complex), the more layers.
And they point to various anomalies in the web image of the long form birth certificate, such as the word “TXE”—which is, duh, an example of how the scanner picks up and represents the faintly typed “H” in the world “THE.”
The lesson of the TXE is that anomalies are NORMAL. It cannot be a perfect reproduction. In fact, since it is on SECURITY PAPER, copies of the document are not supposed to look like it. The security paper is designed to create anomalies, and the faint typing and skipping of a manual typewriter helps. So to say “you see these anomalies—it must be forged” is wrong and in fact laughable. There are supposed to be anomalies. If it were perfect, then you could worry about it being forged. The fact of that truly stupid anomaly being in Obama’s long form birth certificate does not prove that it is forged, it proves that it ISN’T FORGED. Anomalies do not prove forgery—especially not in a document ON SECURITY PAPER, which is designed to create anomalies.

So birther ALLEGATIONS that Obama’s birth certificate is forged rely mainly on anomalies (which are natural and explained by the scan) or lies about how pdf works (it really does use layers) or based on the allegations of such “experts” as Doug Vogt and Paul Irey. A real document expert who supports the birther position is Reed Hayes, but Reed Hayes is an expert in physical document signatures, handwritten signatures, and NOT an expert in digital documents—-which is a fact that birther sites have not told their readers (I wonder why not???)
Another simple fact that they have not told their readers is that they have not even asked nicely to see the physical copies of Obama’s short form and long form birth certificates and show those PHYSICAL copies to experts like Reed Hayes. To be sure, they have no RIGHT to see those copies, so if they sued to see them, they would lose. But they have the right to ask politely and if the White House turns them down, to report that their request was turned down. But the birther sites did not even ask to see the physical copies. Why not? The answer is quite simple. If they were shown the actual physical copies, on security paper with the raised seal on the back where it is supposed to be, then nine out of ten physical document specialists would say in a half hour “it is REAL”—and the birther movement would collapse. The birther sites cannot run that risk—so they prefer to blow smoke. They blow smoke by saying “you see, there are anomalies”—but they do not DARE ask to see the physical documents and show them to accredited document specialists such as members of the:
American Board of Forensic Document Examiners or the American Society of Questioned Document Experts or the Association of Forensic Document Examiners.
It should be OBVIOUS to any rational person that when birther sites do not even ask to see the physical document, not even ask, they must be afraid that real experts will say that the physical document is NOT forged.
Yes, there are anomalies in the scan, but as we have seen anomalies in an image of a document do not prove that it is forged, they prove that it ISN’T forged, And LYING about how pdf works undermines the credibility of the birther sites, and quoting Doug Vogt and Paul Irey and Reed Hayes WITHOUT TELLING about their background, further undermines the credibility of the birther claims.
And the birther claims are still further undermined by the fact that birther sites do not run the statements of the numerous real electronic document specialists who say that Obama’s birth certificate is NOT forged.

In other words, birther sites have hidden from their readers that the facts on the image are exactly the same as what was sent. Why? Because they hope to convince a few highly gullible readers into thinking that Obama would have a birth certificate forged in which ALL THE FACTS ARE THE SAME AS WHAT HE WAS SENT. Rational people would ask the normal question: “Well, if all the facts are the same (and they are), then why forge it?” And the answer is—precisely, why forge it, IT ISN’T FORGED.
By the way, the official birth certificate of Hawaii is the SHORT FORM, the Certification of Live Birth, and for it to have been forged, since once again the officials in Hawaii have stated that the facts on the image are exactly the same as on what they sent to Obama, then Obama’s birth certificate would have had to have been forged way back in 2007 (when Obama got the short-form), when he was still only a junior senator from Hawaii, and that forgery would have had to have been slipped into the files in Hawaii, and then the clerk would have seen the forgery and prepared the short form from the facts on it. But, since Obama was only a junior senator at the time, and since the Republicans were in charge of the government of Hawaii in 2007—the idea of Obama having a forgery inserted into the DOH files of Hawaii is—what words to use (?)—extremely farfetched.
What is not farfetched, what is perfectly normal, and what has happened MANY times with birthers and their sites, is that they are willing to LIE and claim that Obama’s birth certificate is forged, when it isn’t.

Answer: Not liking someone does not make them born in a foreign country. Not liking someone does not make their birth certificate forged. On the other hand, not liking someone does not make you fair and impartial either. One of the traditional birther claims is “you see that there is ‘kerning,” the tail of the “Y” is under the “T.” But, guess what, only they believe that the tail of the Y is under the T; rational people look at the word and see the Y being straight down and NOT under the T at all. In other words, no “kerning.”

Do you know how many times this same said subject has been brought before a court? It gets thrown out every time. Attorney Orly Taiz has brought this before the courts numerous times and each time the case gets thrown out. Now you are a birther eh? LOL!
I hope Sheriff Arpaio has better luck because I personally believe his document was forged and also he has a fraudulent Social Security number which belongs to a dead person, another crime.
I’ve looked at the documents many times and it’s an obvious forgery, but no judge so far will do anything about it. I pray to God some judge will finally NOT throw it out of court and we could rid ourselves of this monster creation.
He has also committed treason by supporting the Muslim Brotherhood in helping to overthrow Mubarak and the Egyptians (General Sisi) have documents to prove he paid them billions of dollars. Hush up money to keep them quiet.
High treason for supporting known enemies of the US and he should be hanged.
