The election for chairman of the Democrat Party will be held next weekend, and one candidate has bowed out of the running and given his support to one ultra-lefty, practicing muslim, Rep. Keith Ellison from Minnesotastan.
New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley plans to end his bid to lead the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and endorse Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) for chairman.
Though Buckley was not among the front-runners in the race, his endorsement could help tip the battle between Ellison and former Labor Secretary Tom Perez, who are widely viewed as the two top contenders to head the DNC.
“While it was a tremendous honor to run for DNC Chair over the past few months, I am proud to throw my support behind Keith so we can ensure that the next Chair of the DNC is dedicated to investing in and strengthening state parties and ensuring that the DNC is an accountable organization,” Buckley said in a statement.
“As I’ve talked to the DNC membership, it’s clear Keith has widespread support, and I know as our next DNC Chair Keith will successfully unite and grow our party.”
Ellison will give Buckley a key role in DNC operations if he wins.
“When we have a successful outcome in Atlanta next week, I have asked him to lead our effort to provide the support and resources the state parties need in a new and innovative 57 state strategy,” Ellison said in a statement.
Ellison and Perez have been amassing endorsements from key progressive leaders and groups in recent weeks as they jockey to lead the Democratic Party’s efforts to oppose President Trump.
Umm…57 state strategy?? Unless California has broken into several states, as they’ve threatened to do, we still have only 50 states. A reference to the 57 states of Islam, and what was once considered a slip of the tongue when O said it, is now purposely stated as part of their plan.
Side note from Wikipedia – Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is an international organization founded in 1969 consisting of 57 member states, with a collective population of over 1.6 billion as of 2008. The organisation states that it is “the collective voice of the Muslim world” and works to “safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony”.
Prior to this, the Democrat party had already become the party of senior citizens who can’t put together a coherent thought when flapping their gums. They already have one hand on the flusher handle and this might just finish them off.
The good news is that being elected to this position would get Ellison out of Congress, but the bad news is that he will replaced by an equal or worse Dem.
I say as long as they’re digging this hole deeper and deeper, keep handing them shovels.

The camel is close to having his nose INSIDE the tent. Not only is Ellison a leftist of the highest order, he’s a Muslim. He doesn’t have to pretend that he’s not (like Obama), he’ll be able to openly press for more Muslim-friendly policies by the already un-American democrats.

Yes, he will and the financial support from CAIR, etc will flood in. They already care more about the muslims and the illegals than they do American citizens, so where the money comes from won’t matter, just so long as it flows.

Typical of today’s Dem/socialists (American Marxists), they’re clearly not only stuck on stupid, but super-glued in place.
Utterly oblivious to the last few election cycles, and their mounting losses, if they nominate that asshat they’re doubling down on a strategy that’s clearly leading them into the wilderness, and virtual irrelevance.
Frankly, I’m good with that. As Reagan observed, when you’re opponent’s busy shooting themselves in the foot, don’t interfere.
Anyway, those are the thoughts of this 68-year-old senior. I guess that since I CAN put a few coherent thoughts together, that must be why I’m not grist for their mill.

Exactly, Brian, they didn’t have the sense to step back and regroup. They are floundering and don’t have a strategy except to throw up pointless roadblocks. I say hand them another loaded pistol.

Gee Kathy I’m considered a senior citizen ( well all most at 66) and I definitely think I can ( what was I saying) oh oops put together a coherent thought. Oh wait a moment I got ya I’m not a democrat. That’s it. 😀😀
