The FBI has now published Hillary’s email investigation documents online and simply reading through bits and pieces of it shows the reader the numerous instances of ‘intent’ – that thing that James Comey failed to see the first time around.
It also shows that Cheryl Mills gave instructions for laptops to be wiped clean using BleachBit, which is the now infamous program used to delete Hillary’s emails. This clearly proves she ordered destruction of evidence. You can see a copy of the document below:
Back in July, James Comey used the argument that the evidence found against Hillary was lacking intent, although the fact that she used a non-secure system should have been enough to indict her, he decided she didn’t “intend” to break the law.
Well, WikiLeaks just provided “intent” and Zero Hedge has put the pieces together by pointing out the following:
On March 2, 2015 the New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton used a personal email server as Secretary of State.
Later on that same day, Hillary Clinton’s top aide and attorney wrote John Podesta that “we are going to have to dump all those emails.”
Zero hedge also points out that, “a search for Lanny Davis reveals the following curious exchange between Robby Mook and John Podesta from March 8, 2015, just days after the abovementioned exchange, in which Mook says:”
“We gotta zap Lanny out of our universe. Can’t believe he committed her to a private review of her hard drive on TV.”
Obviously, Hillary, et al, as we expected, have been hiding and destroying evidence the entire time.
Then there’s this tweet from MicroSpookyLeaks …
So, there it is folks – the American people doing the government’s work for them and it’s expected that Hillary’s 33,000 deleted emails will be released this week as well. Then there’s the 650,000 emails on the Weiner/Abedin laptop that will play a role in this investigation.
In summation, I would have to say that anyone voting for her at this point, doesn’t give a tinker’s damn about this country’s security or their own safety. You cannot look at the facts and possibly think this woman should be in charge.

Y’know, every time I hear that bit about Comey excusing the Beest because of the “lack of intent”, as he did, it just PISSES ME OFF!
Everyone who has or had a security clearance, and especially anyone who ever investigated security violations, KNOWS that the law clearly states that INTENT to violate the applicable laws is SPECIFICALLY stated as not being relevant, applicable, or required as an element necessary to establish that a criminal act took place.
That’s made VERY clear during your security briefing when you’re granted your clearance: a security violation is a criminal act EVEN IF IT HAPPENS BY ACCIDENT. And there’s no way in hell that Clinton’s violations happened “by accident”. I don’t think those damned servers just “accidentally” fell out of the sky and set themselves up in her bathroom or basement or wherever.

Exactly, Brian, yet Comey just bulldozed his way through his statement with that as his reason, and nobody kicked up a fuss or called him out on it. Why is that?
It’s because we no longer have any investigative or judicial departments in our government. Instead we have a support system for all the sleazy corrupt democrats with mute Republicans sitting on the sidelines.
That would also include those FBI agents who were supposedly fuming over Comey’s decision. Every agent who worked on this should have been united in one mutinous voice, yet not one of them spoke up because their careers are more important than the country and more important than doing the right thing.

We’re to a point where even some of the libs can’t make any more excuses for her and are jumping ship. Who knew that SHTF moment would come from Hillary imploding?

We could be in for a real, honest-to-goodness constitutional crisis if Hillary wins the election AND the laptops belonging to Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson are in FBI hands and haven’t been destroyed AND the evidence on Anthony Weiner’s laptop is as damming as they say it is AND if Huma and Anthony are trying to make a deal to testify against Hillary to protect their asses from jail time, THEN Hillary is in a world of hurt.

That’s a lot of IFs and ANDs that have to line up to take her out of the race, but here’s hoping. From some of the posts I’m seeing now, she even sent information to Chelsea that she had no business with, so it’s mounting up. Now if Lynch and O will just step aside, we might have a shot of getting our republic back.
