Yes, There Is a Coup Going On in America

There’s a great LifeLock ad where four masked bank robbers burst through the door and yell for everyone to get down.  A woman on the floor looks up at a bank guard.  “Do something,” she whispers.

“Oh, I’m not a security guard,” the man says.  “I’m a security monitor.  I only notify people if there’s a robbery.”  He looks over at the armed robbers in stocking masks, holding a hostage.

“There’s a robbery.”

Like the security monitor, Americans are passively observing a robbery, the theft of democracy.  We’re witnessing, in real time, an insurrection, a coup d’état.

The definition of coup d’état is a change in government by illegal or forceful means.  Like Hillary Clinton illegally seeking the office of president.

Per 18 USC Ch. 101 field-end:cite : RECORDS AND REPORTS:

(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.

So there’s that.

Then there’s the fact that Hillary’s guilty of perjury, destroying evidence, obstruction of justice, and that whole pay-to-play thing.  I know – she hasn’t been charged, much less convicted of those crimes, but that brings me back to my original point.

Hillary wasn’t charged or convicted because the FBI and Department of Justice (DOJ) served as accessories after the fact to cover up her crimes and enable her to avoid prosecution.  The FBI flat-out took a dive.  The Department of Justice (DOJ) tried to be more clandestine, but Bill Clinton’s meet-up with Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the airport tarmac got caught on video.  The meeting might have been to influence Comey but more likely to dot their is and cross their ts on the upcoming non-indictment.

So we have a woman, Hillary Clinton, who should be in jail but is instead cruising to the presidency; a Justice Department that openly assists Hillary in her cover-ups, and a complicit media that hides all these facts from the public.  Evidence of collusion, criminal acts, and cover-ups.  If it looks like a duck, et cetera.

But hey, I’m just a writer, not a freedom fighter.  I can’t stop a coup.  Like the bank monitor in the LifeLock ad, I only notify people if there is a coup.

There’s a coup.

Now, this won’t come as a surprise to most because the insurrection’s not being carried out in the shadows.  It’s in our faces.  Crime, collusion, and banana republic stuff we’ve only heard about are the new norm.

And the conspirators go about their dirty work as though we were not even here, oblivious to the public scrutiny.  Hillary has laughed off questions of a potential indictment since the beginning, sneered at suggestions that her scandal might keep her out of the White House.  Even more frightening than her confidence that she won’t be indicted is her unshakable faith that she’ll be elected.  Hillary’s not concerned about the coming election; she doesn’t campaign or hold press conferences, and she has few rallies.  It’s almost as if she doesn’t really need the votes.

That’s probably a good thing for her, since Hillary proved in the primaries that she can’t get the votes.  She had to cheat to beat Bernie Sanders, a 73-year-old socialist out of a win.  She had to tamp down Bernie supporters’ passion and enthusiasm and force them to accept her stale, depressing message.

The truth is, a large chunk of the Democrat base doesn’t like Hillary.  In fact, many can’t stand her.

So how is she winning?  I mean, that’s all we hear, right?  Hillary’s winning in a landslide, has a monumental lead that can’t be overcome.  Hillary’s shown to be winning because the media is  “with her,” or should I say “with them”?  Our once free press is working hand in hand with usurpers to engage in sedition and open treason; to defeat the Republican nominee, Donald Trump; and to impose a sick, evil woman, a criminal as our new leader.

To accomplish this goal, the press uses wartime psychological operations (psy ops), Soviet-style propaganda, and gaslighting to deceive, confuse, disrupt, and demoralize the enemy (that would be we).

Psyops Techniques:

False flags– staged events where the perpetrator is concealed and another party blamed.

  • The James O’Keefe videos show Democrat operatives bragging on how they stage violent protests at Trump rallies, that they have a national network to cover all locations.  The media are all in to blame Trump, paint him as an angry man who foments violence.

Shock and awe– the method of displaying overwhelming force or impressive technology to intimidate or demoralize an enemy.

  • Think polls, political experts who tell us it’s over, Hillary’s leads are insurmountable, there’s not enough time for Trump to “catch up.”

Propaganda:

  • Includes name-calling, manipulated statistics, and other techniques.  The media’s favorite is the bandwagon effect.  This tactic appeals to people’s desire to be on the winning team (“voters abandoning Donald Trump in droves” and “Hillary’s running away with the election”).

Gaslighting:

This is the left’s most insidious tool, based on deception and false information to make us doubt our own perceptions, our sanity.

  • Media show Trump getting trounced while they withhold more current data.  They dismiss as anecdotal (that’s the new buzzword for meaningless) empirical evidence that points to a Trump landslide – yard signs, bumper stickers, massive crowds, and unprecedented enthusiasm.  Their “experts” tell us the overflow cheering crowds mean nothing, don’t “translate” to votes.
  • And how many times must they tell us there is no voter fraud?  Yet O’Keefe has a video with a Democrat operative explaining how to accomplish mass voter fraud, and there’s mounting evidence to confirm voter fraud on a pandemic scale.

Psychological warfare leaves its victims feeling off balance, filled with self-doubt, isolated, and less likely to fight for our candidate.  This is the damage our media and government inflict on their own people.  The free press we’ve depended on to expose corruption, ensure fair elections, and protect democracy is now part of the corruption, rigging the elections, and defeating democracy.  Our protector turned assassin.

Now the media huddle with the left to plot their end run on democracy.  It’s a sprint to the finish line.  How far will they go?  All the way, folks.  I can see networks calling the race for Hillary even if they know it’s based on fraud.  I can picture Paul Ryan, Mitch McConnell, President Obama, our entire government and media telling us we must have a peaceful transition, that we can’t question the results under any conditions.  Oh, wait – they’re already doing that.

And now they’re setting up in case of a Trump landslide.  We could get “fake election results” by Russian hackers, they say.  There will be no “peaceful transition of power” if they lose.

We’ve allowed these people to infest our government at the highest levels, to co-opt our national media, and they now hold the keys to the most powerful government on Earth.  They’re not going to just hand those keys over and go quietly into the night.  They’ll fight every inch of the way.

So what can we do to stop it?  There’s only one path to victory for the people: Donald Trump.  He’s the sole reason the cabal is having to fight back.  Any other Republican would have been one of their own, a non-threat.

But Donald Trump is a true outsider, a general leading the revolution.  Trump’s a fighter hanging in there through daily coordinated attacks, slander, and smears.  But Trump needs a landslide in this election, enough votes to overwhelm the fraud, to stymie the media’s phony narrative.  In the primaries, Trump used a boxing analogy, said he couldn’t win by decision because if it was close, they could cheat.  He needed a knockout, and he got it.  In the end, it’s up to the American people to deliver another knockout on November 8.

As for me, I’ve done my part, sounded the alarm.  I can’t actually stop the coup; I’m like the bank monitor in the LifeLock ad.  I only notify people if there’s a coup.

There’s a coup.

Good job, Ms. Ryan, even if only as a monitor, you’re reinforcing what so many of us have already concluded – that we ARE suffering a bloodless coup. At least it’s bloodless for now. The really sad part is that many of our citizens are so out-of-touch and unengaged, they won’t even realize it until it’s too late.

  1. Yes, there is a coup going on, but there wouldn’t be one if there were consequences for the Dems’ unlawful actions and for the media’s lying propaganda bs they call the news. What is so hard about just telling the truth? We used to do it all the time.

Yes, Trump is an outsider, but he’s no George Washington. We had our shot at the next best thing and America changed our minds for us.

    • You know, we really ought to be asking why the media is so in the tank for the democrats. Really. Is it that they are given special access to those in leadership? Or is it really that the media people, all of whom are liberals, just identify with the goals of the dems?

Obviously, it’s no longer just reporting the news, that’s gone out the window years ago. So, what do WE need them for anymore? WE don’t need them for news reporting, they’ve become a PR arm of the DNC.

We ALL need to stop utilizing them in any fashion, that’s the only message that they’ll understand.

  2. Well said, Ms. Ryan, except for this:

“Any other Republican would have been one of their own, a non-threat.”

Way to spoil an otherwise perfect essay. This notion of Donald Trump as a “general leading a revolution” borders on delusional. What we really needed was someone who would work to break the machine of big government. THAT’s what a revolution would look like. Trump’s not going to do that. He’s going to give us free daycare (or should I say, he’s going to make US give THEM free daycare). That’s not the stuff of “revolutions.” Ted Cruz was as much an outsider in substance as Trump was, if not more. He was far more a general than Trump. Sigh.

Still, I wholeheartedly agree with the discovery that many of us here made some time ago that a bloodless coup is under way, and that it can only be stopped through the electoral process, otherwise it cease to be bloodless and life as we know it becomes the stuff we’ve only read in the news. Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

    • I agree, Trump is hardly “leading” a revolution, he’s just being swept in with the revolution – Cruz would have been leading it. But that was not to be. Once again, our wishes were dashed by those who saw the glistening, shiny object represented by Trump and were captured by its gaudiness.

  3. Yeah. I’ve been writing for over a decade that we’re in the midst of a civil war every bit as profound as the one that took place in the 1860s, the only difference being that it’s so-far bloodless.

Now even the “bloodless” part is changing. Consider the riots at Trump rallies directed by the DNC operatives.

    • Yeah, I hope that it can remain bloodless though as you say, the dems are escalating it in the form of thuggery. The only way it could regress to bloody would be if the BLM forces escalate their rhetoric into action against whites in general. I pray that doesn’t happen.
