This is where we’re at… For eight years the Obama administration has unilaterally dismantled our military capability, our Nuclear attack readiness, capability, and defense. We are more vulnerable to nuclear attack today than at any time over the past 70 years. All of you here at B.o.B. (Band of Bloggers for the non-Facebook folks)know I have a visceral disdain for Donald J. Trump, I don’t trust him as far as I can see him and even then not so much. I have maintained for about a year now that I will not vote for him. But as I watched this short video, and gave some serious thought to our external enemies, I have come to the following realization: Hillary Clinton hates this country every bit as much as Barack Obama, enough to want its’ destruction just as her predecessors on the left always have.
The Korean threat to us was/is the result of the former Clinton’s administration… and now it’s not just the N. Koreans, it’s China on the move, it’s Russia rebuilding its’ nuclear arsenal and capability, and now with the worst deal in American foreign-policy history, Iran will in the near future be able to threaten all the Middle-east, Europe and yes even the US with nukes. Therefore I am dropping my objections to voting for the reprobate Trump. I will take the word of men like Cruz, Sessions, Rubio and others of their caliber, that Trump will get our military back on track and defend our nation. Because there just is no other choice, I will very reluctantly vote for him. God help us all.

Welcome to the “I hate him, but I have to vote for him” club, Aftershock.
It’s a damn shame that we’re given such horrible candidates to pick from that the majority of both sides will vote AGAINST a candidate rather than FOR one. It stinks, but it is what it is. Thanks for adding one more vote that Hillary will have to overcome in order to win. FWIW, I am cautiously optimistic that Trump can pull it off. Then comes our next task – to pressure him to do what he’s said he will do.

I’m thinking voting for POTUS needs to be changed to a national election, one man one vote, not state and county by state and county where the state or urban concentration dominates the electoral assignment of win/lose. In my scheme, State legislators, not governors, get together and determine a nationwide set of rules that can’t be specific to a particular outcome, but include items like date-certain for voting, no early voting except for overseas military/government service; or perhaps a week in advance, max, for unforeseen medical reasons. In that way, much of the big-city and local fraud would be eliminated.

Ah, yes! The call for militarization of space.
Announcing a desire to do such wouldn’t be provocative at all, now would it?
This is quite thorny. Of course we want the best defense achievable, necessary, and affordable.
Unfortunately the Military/Industrial Complex, tied to the corruption of the political system and the anti-representative nature of the Administrative State, leave the American people as nothing more than a formerly fat goose now relegated to the plucking and slaughter.
We have no effective voice, no power, and no avenue to achieve either.
Honestly, I think we need to get out of the World Power business entirely. We need to quit poking at the nest of snakes we can never control.
Then if a snake comes at us anyway, use overwhelming and game ending force against that snake, and it’s population that enables it.
Unfortunately, I don’t see that happening, so the plucking will continue, and the slaughter inevitable once the people are anemic enough.

Oh geez, you’re not supposed to TELL anyone you’re voting for Trump! Haha – I’m just kidding, AfterShock!
Like Kathy I understand what a difficult decision this has been. As the Left gets closer and closer to realizing its evil schemes, the best any of us can do is to do what they think is right given the circumstances.

“And we’re not close.” That’s pretty dang scary, and more so with the thought of Hillary being in charge.
I realize how difficult it was for you to make that decision, but it’s the right one, imo. It was very hard for many of us but every guy on the battleship has to contribute. Trump is a 50-50 gamble, but Hillary is a sure thing – devastation to our country and our freedoms. May God help us.
